• Before sending a claim, understand our warranty only covers defects in materials or craftsmanship.

  • Warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 14 days ago, marked down or final sale items, or typical wear and tear damage (ex. scratches or dents or damage from handling the product outside of normal use or modification of the product). Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value. 

  • Procedure: Fill out the following form and provide photo proof. Without photo proof the claim is not valid.

  • Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging

  • All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.

  • Return package must include the original packing slip

  • SHOPHORRORLAB.COM reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense.

  • Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked "Sale" or sold from the "Flash Sale Friday" collection

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customs and Duties: No duties or custom fees will be charged to the customer on North American orders. Azur is not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control. Please check with your applicable country’s rates. Please note, delays at customs may hold up your order’s transit time.
